The Members Area at Australink's website allows you to monitor the status of your account balance. This function is best suited to those account holders who want to make a once off payment to update their account balance or their MB balance. Prepaid accounts rely on MB quantity only, whereas standard accounts rely on dollar balance. If you have a standard account and do not want to manually top up your account every month to keep it active, use the Register Account Subscription button.
In order to top up your account click the "Top Up Account" button. You will be taken to a page which shows you some information about your account. If you are a Prepaid user it will show you that the amount owing is the amount we charge for a prepaid block of 500MB. If you are a standard account holder the amount owing is the amount based on your current balance plus one month in advance (so if you have a balance that is uptodate it should show you the amount owing as being 1 month subscription cost only).
Enter in the amount you want to pay, and click "Continue", the page will then redirect you to the Secure Payment Page.
Users paying by cash are best advised to use this method (instead of the Account Subscription method) in order to record the intention of cash payments to be made into their account. Once they have made a payment and confirmed that it has been made by faxing the receipt to us, the payment is processed thereby updating their balance.
